Mindfulness For Pupils

At Woodside Primary Academy children have been practising Mindfulness every day at school for our health and well-being. Mindfulness has helped support pupils and staff by allowing us to :

  • Pay more attention
  • Appreciate others
  • Be kinder
  • Be calmer
  • Rest and relax  
  • Settle and cool down

There will be daily mindfulness activities uploaded weekly and each Monday via zoom there will be guided mindfulness sessions.
